The STEYR WD615 G220 supercharged diesel engine of Weichai Power Co., Ltd adopted is large in power reservation, low in fuel consumption and good in power performance with flame preheating function and electric misfiring. The new combined type of prefilter adopted can prevent the diesel engine from early wearing. The prefilter and the two-phase filtration are free from repair and maintenance and have small air resistance, with the pre-filtering effect exceeding the air filter used in desert, so it can be applicable in the bad use environment, prolong the repair and maintenance cycle and extend the maintenance cycle of the filter element by 3 times.1

2. The integral torque converter transmission system supplied by Hangzhou Advance Gearbox Group Go., Ltd endows the entire machine with advanced structure, reliable running performance, reasonable matching with the main machine and easiness of operation and maintenance.

Hydraulic System and Steering System1

1. The world advanced dual-pump flow-converging technology adopted in the hydraulic system, featuring less energy loss, enhances the fuel economy and operation efficiency of the entire machine.

2. The hydraulic single-rod pilot operation equipped for selection is easy and agile to operate. The hydraulic operating valve is mounted on the front end of the front frame, easy to repair and maintenance.

3. The “conic-O” double sealing meeting German DIN standard adopted by the pipeline of the hydraulic system of the entire machine has good sealing and anti-leakage performance.

4. The full hydraulic coaxial flow amplification and hinged steering system adopted makes steering more flexible.

5. The side-mounted pre-compressed hydraulic oil tank enlarges the capacity of the oil tank and the filters installed on oil suction and return guarantee the cleanliness of the fuel in the system, prevent the pump from excessive wearing and prolong the service life of the pump.

Driver Cab

1. For the cab the profile steel structure frame is adopted with the cover being processed with steel die punch technology, guaranteeing a flat surface and the single block of large arc front glass guaranteeing wide vision. The overall interior decoration is harmonized and the appearance is beautiful and grand.

2. The integrated instrument panel is adopted to realize beautiful appearance and good visibility.

3. The vibration reduction is adopted for the connection of the cab and frame to reduce the vibration and shake and meanwhile the sound insulation and tightness of the cab are considered to reduce the noise and prevent the ash from hurting the driver.

4. The top-class vibration absorber seat adopted can be adjusted all round, have reliable quality, meet the safety standard and human-machine engineering and improve the comfort.
